A few rules:

1) If you post a run, you own it. You must check site often and approve or disappove sign ups in a timely maner so that people know what is going on.
2) First to sign up gets to go, as long as there is still room for the class and the person is level/gear appropriate
3) If any person is not approved, you must let them know why "ie: already have a tank"... remember, feelings can get hurt so please handle your fellow members with care. Offer to help them organize another run etc.
4) Advertise your run often in Legion Chat...a little spam goes a long way in putting a group together.
